Family Law Datapacks

We use "DataPacks" to collect essential information from our potential clients. By downloading, printing and filling out these forms before your first appointment, you take an important first step toward being pro-actively involved in your case and, further, you help reduce your legal costs.

If you would prefer, we would be happy to sit down with you and fill out these forms with you, but you must understand that you will have to pay an attorney or a paralegal to do this for you. Wouldn't you rather do it yourself?

Before downloading, viewing and printing any of the following forms, you will have to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. This is a very widely used "multi-platform" program for distributing forms and other data. The software is available for free from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html.

The Datapacks linked below are currently available on-line.  If you have trouble downloading or printing a Datapack before your first appointment, we'll be happy to fax or mail one to you if you'll just give us a call.

IMPORTANT CAVEAT

"Caveat" is a legal term which you may not recognize.  Simply speaking, it means "warning". But you must understand this:

The act of filling out and even mailing in or delivering to this firm any Datapack does not establish an attorney-client relationship with Hoge Partners, PLLC or any member of this firm.

Such a relationship is created only when a engagement agreement has been entered into by you and one of our attorneys and after the engagement fee has been agreed upon and received from the potential client.
